Calculate sum 10 highest among 15 values set

I have 15 values in a spreadsheet and I want to find the highest 10 values from that 15 and total them. If there is a blank then no return was made.

Please refer the attached snap shot of excel for more clarity.

=SUMIF(3:3, ">=" & LARGE(3:3,10))
